In case you are wondering, I joined the firm in 1969. My senior partner, Guy Perenich, was there in 1955 when the law firm was founded, and he is still a strong voice of the injured. Guy continues to seek full compensation for victims of wrongdoing. He has inspired me and the rest of our staff of attorneys and legal assistants to focus on our mission no matter what big business and insurance companies may place in our paths.
In our 50 years of practice much has changed in the preparation and effective presentation of the legal claims of the injured or of surviving family members. We have strived to stay ahead of the curve on technology, knowledge, legal skills and medical matters. The internet and computers are now a critical and integrated part of our efforts. We utilize mediation to resolve many disputed claims – a settlement technique that was not applied to personal injury claims in the early years of our firm. Experts are more frequently used by us to understand the facts and more fully advocate our client’s position.
But, the bottom line is the same: we seek the maximum legal compensation obtainable for each injury or loss experienced by every client.
