The DOT underestimated traffic by at least 20% and they also built a bottleneck where six lanes narrow to three in less than a mile causing a unsafe situation.”
I salute The Florida Masochist for creating his Award and for selecting the Florida DOT. Tampa Bay has experienced the brilliant planning and construction of its major highways by the DOT for years. Sitting in traffic gives us plenty of time to consider the meaning of the word incompetence.
