I’ve been practicing consumer justice law for more than 20 years now. I wouldn’t trade one moment of it. I’ve represented the people who have no voice in terms of those who have money and status in our society. Yet that’s taken a toll. Unlike the corporations and big pharmaceutical companies, I’ve listened to the heartache and suffering of ordinary citizens who’ve suffered as a result of corporate greed and the country club lifestyle. I’ve heard the stories of mothers who’ve lost their sons and daughters as a result of bad drugs or ineffective and dangerous medical devices. While they are sipping their Cosmospolitans, I’m fighting for justice. It’s time to take back our country for the ordinary citizens who pay their taxes, who work for an honest day’s wages. It’s time we’re heard! It’s time for those who don’t have the luxury of a portfolio to be heard and represented. It’s time to take back our country for the ordinary, hard working citizens who expect an honest day’s wages for an honest day’s work. That’s the foundation of our country. It’s time to re-discover this simple principle.

His philosophy is to provide aggressive, quality representation and seek fair compensation for individuals and their families who have suffered injury or death at the hands of insurance companies, large corporations, medical providers or governmental entities.
