Baby cribs that may pose a strangulation hazard to babies and young children have been recalled by NettoCollection. The recalled cribs were sold between October 2003 and June 2005 for around $1,350. About 400 cribs are affected by the recall. The slats on the crib can seperate from the rails.

The crib side rails are made of wood and sold with a brown finish. Only cribs with model numbers NC-137 and NC-140 and date codes 9/03 and 02/04 are included in the recall. The model numbers, date codes and “Made in Poland” are printed on a label on the crib end panels.

The company is asking anyone with the crib to stop using it and to contact them for a replacement parts that will fix the problem. They have not received any reports of children being injured while using the crib.
