A motorcycle accident involving a car Saturday night, claimed the life of a 38-year-old motorcyclist, at the intersection of County Road 42 and State Road 44, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The man, of Sorrento, was killed when his motorcycle fell and skid into a Ford Bronco, reports FHP. The passenger, a 39-year-old woman, was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center where she was listed in critical condition.
The driver of the Bronco, was not injured in the accident.
The accident happened as the driver of the Bronco was making a left turn onto State Road 44 in front of the motorcycle that was traveling westbound. Both driver and passenger of the motorcyle were wearing helmets.
