Bullied Teenager Settles Claim Against School

If our schools are going to have strict policies against bullying and other harassment of students they will need to enforce them. A Kansas teenager who was bullied by his classmates because they believed he was gay was awarded $440,000 in a settlement, ending his longstanding legal battle with his school district.
