Comments Off

TampaBays10 is reporting that a collision between two pleasure boats has injured eight adults in Venice.

Accidents on the water are often more difficult to investigate because the forensic evidence that is common in a roadway after a motor vehicle crash is not available. For example, skidmarks on the pavement just aren’t there. Nevertheless, maritime accident experts are available to piece together the facts and draw conclusions regarding legal responsibility.
